Shipping and Return Policy for U-tec Store

 

Shipping

United States
We usually ship from our California fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Orders being shipped within the continental USA to a home or business address (excludes PO/APO/FPO or other “non-physical” addresses) are delivered by UPS or USPS ground.
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We will email you the tracking number once we deliver your order. Please track the status of your orders by clicking www.u-tec.com/myorder.

Canada & Australia

We usually ship via our Amazon FBA within 1-2 business days. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship our products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We will email you the tracking number within 2-6 business days after we deliver your order.

 

Return

30-day return policy

 

All products purchased directly from www.u-tec.com come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, if you are not satisfied with our product, you may return products purchased directly from U-tec for a refund. If you purchased the Product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. 

 

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of the date on which you purchased the Product. To request an RMA, you must contact our customer service team by submitting a ticket from this page or via email addressed to customerservice@u-tec.com.
  • U-tec must receive the returned Product within 14 days after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number is valid for 14 days only and will expire on the 15th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned Product will be refused.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • All returned items must be in like-new condition, securely packed for shipment in the original box, with all accessories and manuals included, and sent with an RMA Number. We will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled outside the box.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of U-tec’s receipt of the Product.
  • Refunds will be reimbursed in the original form of purchase.

How can I change or cancel my order?

 

Cancel My Orders: You'll need to log in to My U-tec to find the order and process it yourself. **Only For US Shipping Address Temporarily**

 

Order Modification: Please provide the order number or the correct email address associated with your purchase order from U-tec Store.

 

To receive a full refund 30 days after receipt of your order, please submit a ticket, and we will send you the instructions to proceed.
