Firmware Upgrade Reminder

The firmware of this device is outdated; to ensure the best user experience, please update its firmware to the latest version promptly.

Updating the firmware requires a stable network connection. If your device can connect to your home router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, we recommend upgrading directly via this router's Wi-Fi network.

If your device cannot connect to your home router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network temporarily, please follow the steps below to complete the update:

1. Enable your mobile hotspot and ensure the hotspot's frequency is set to 2.4GHz. Make sure the hotspot is successfully configured.

2. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi to connect the device to your set-up mobile hotspot network.

3. Go to Settings > Firmware and select Lock Firmware to initiate the update. The update process may take 2-5 minutes. Please ensure a stable network connection during the update and avoid disconnecting the device to prevent update failure.

4. After the update is complete, reconnect the device to your home router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to finish the network switch.

 

Notes:

• Do not power off or disconnect the device from the network during the upgrade process to avoid any abnormalities.
