What should I do if the ULTRALOQ Bolt Lock cannot be added via Matter mode after being added to Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App?

For this certain model, if you initially added it to the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App and chose Wi-Fi mode, you’ll need to switch it to Matter mode in the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App, then briefly press the reset pinhole (for about 1 second) to activate Matter pairing, so it can be added to other Matter platforms.
