How to log out my Xthings account?

Scenarios:

  • Switch the user account or log in again.
  • Received the error message "Failed to get device list";
  • Added the device, but can not find it in the device list.

Steps:

1. Tap the upper-left button to access the "My Xthings" page.

2. Tap your Xthings account.

3. Tap "Logout".

Notice: Re-installing the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) app or switching the user account will not affect the user data. Please don't worry.
