Cannot find the shared device after being invited by the Owner/Admin?

If the Owner/Admin shares the lock with you via your e-mail account, the lock will be in the Shared Address after logging in to your account; you needn't register/add the lock to your account again.

If you cannot find the Shared Address or the Shared Locks, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Log out and then log in to your account again. After logging in, there will be a Notice on the screen, click "Go to Find Now".

2. Ask the Owner/Admin to check if the user email they input when inviting you is correct.
