After upgrading the U-tec App from V1.0 to V2.0, you may meet some problems. Here are some troubleshooting steps for you.
*Cannot find the device after upgrading*
If you are the Owner of this lock
1. Log out and log in to your account again to refresh the device list.
2. If you are using the V2.0 version U-tec App, please ensure you are at the correct address(room).

3. After logging in V2.0 U-tec App, if you set up the lock with the old version app, this device will not be shown in the new version.
Delete the lock from the U-tec APP V1.0, then set it up with the V2.0 App again.

If you are the Admin, Normal User, or Temporary user invited by the Owner, you need to switch the Address to the Shared Address.

*Lost user passcode/fingerprint after upgrading*
After the upgrade, the user passcode, email, and fingerprint will be kept in the U-tec APP V2.0.
The UI difference may be misleading the user. If the user already has the Passcode/fingerprint options, the "+" sign will turn into an edit logo.
