What should I do if I’m unable to add the ULTRALOQ Bolt Mission to Xthings Home App?

  1. Factory reset the lock by inserting the reset needle into the Reset Hole under the battery compartment.
  2. Power cycle all devices (lock, smartphone), and replace the batteries if necessary.
  3. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  4. Update the Xthings Home App to the latest version.
