What can I do if the Bright Smart Bulb is offline?

You won’t be able to control the Bright Smart Bulb via the U home App. Unfortunately, you will only be able to physically turn your Bright Smart Bulb on and off with the last known state it was in using the physical lamp switch.

 

*If the Wi-Fi is re-connected, the Bright bulb will also re-connect to the Wi-Fi automatically.
