ULTRALOQ Bolt NFC Home Key_What should I do if my iPhone doesn't unlock the door?
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and try unlocking from the Home app near the lock.
- If using a Home Hub, verify it’s online and functional.
- In Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay, check your Home Key is in Other Cards.
- Confirm Express Mode is enabled if you want tap-to-unlock without biometric input.
- Use the U home App to check and update the Bolt NFC firmware.
- Remove and re-add the lock in Apple Home, or perform a factory reset.
- If issues persist, contact ULTRALOQ support.
