Yes — Bolt NFC can be set up directly via the Apple Home app, without needing the U home App.
However, pairing with the U home App unlocks extra features (firmware updates, remote access via U home, detailed logs).
Even when using both, Apple Home Key remains active.
Note: If you don’t have a Home Hub, you can share lock access via the U home App, but those shared users will not receive a Home Key in their Wallet. Sharing Home Keys via Apple requires a Home Hub.
