After successfully adding your ULTRALOQ Bolt Fingerprint Matter lock to the Xthings Home(Formerly U home) App and enrolling fingerprints, you can still integrate the lock with Matter-compatible platforms.
After adding the lock to your first Matter platform (such as Apple Home), and you wish to add it to a second Matter platform (e.g., Google Home, SmartThings), you must use the “Share to Other Platforms” feature within the first platform (e.g., Apple Home). You’ll need to complete the setup on the second platform within a limited time window after initiating the share.
This behavior is defined by the Matter protocol itself. While Matter supports multi-platform sharing, only the original platform that first added the device can initiate sharing to other Matter ecosystems.
⚠ Important: All platforms involved must have a Matter-compatible Thread Border Router (such as Apple HomePod mini, Nest Hub, etc.) for proper integration.
