How to Reset the Password of U-tec Account?

If you forget the password of the U-tec Account, you can follow the steps below. You can operate by computer or by your U-tec App.

Note: Passwords must be 8-16 characters long and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.

Step 1. Go to www.u-tec.com and click the button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Click "Forget your password?"

Step 3. Input the email address of your U-tec Account and click "SEND CODE".

Step 4. Go to your email box to check the 4-digit verification code. If can't find it, please check the Spam Folder from your inbox.

Step 5. Input the Verification Code and Security Code, then enter the new password two times, and finally click "Reset".

Step 1. Open U-tec App, and click "LOGIN MY U-TEC".

Step 2. Click "Forgot Password".

Step 3. Input the email address and the new password, then click "Get code".

Step 4. Go to your email inbox, you will find an email showing the verification code like below:

"This is your verification code: 5879. It will expire in 30 minutes."

Step 5. Input the verification code, then click "OK".

Step 6. Success.
