The admin code was set up by you when you program the lock for the first time.
If you forget it, please reset your lock via the U-tec App and Reset Button, then set it up again.
A factory reset erases all the users' data from your lock, restoring it to its original, out-of-the-box settings. Any fingerprints or codes can unlock Ultraloq UL3 Series in the factory default mode.
Step 1. Remove the battery cover.
Step 2. Find a small paper clip and stick one end into the reset button hole.
Step 3. Press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds until a beep is audible. The lock's display will show "No User".
Step 4. If you are using U-tec App, you need to delete the lock in the App. U-tec App > UL3 > Settings > Remove Device.

Using the Reset needle to push the Reset button for around 5 seconds until you hear the beeps or voice notification.
Remove the battery cover, and the reset button is above the Battery Box.
